Happy Thankgiving you lucky, lucky Americans.
I just staggered home from New Hall where Casey Hull made me Thanksgiving dinner!
This Saturday I get to have ANOTHER thanksgiving courtesy of the lovely Erica Neiser, so basically it's like I never left Asheville because I still get to have two Thanksgivings! (too soon? oh, dear)
Thanksgiving is alive and well in Scotland, even though we all have to eat roast chicken because a raw turkey costs FIFTY POUNDS (um, that's 100 US dollars). Brilliant.
Anyways, I'm thinking of all of you today, but mainly I am thinking of my grandmother's sweet potato souffle. It is real nice. But you too, all of you. I love you?
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
